Kotaro Mochizuki (望月 コタロウ, Mochizuki Kotarō) is one of main characters of Black Blood Brothers.
Appearance[]
Kotaro is a small blonde short haired boy in Victorian inspired clothes. He wears a white long sleeved collard shirt with a white ascot. He has a brown sleeveless jacket with yellow trim and two yellow buttons on each side. He wears beige loose pants with a brown belt and shoes. He also wears dark brown leather goggles around his neck which have a silver metal frame holding the blue lenses in place.
In later depictions he's also shown carrying Grand Duke Bow-wow (item) which he uses to carry Jiro's sword.
Personality[]
Kotaro is a bubbly child with a tendency for mischief. He's a bit naive seeing the good in everyone despite this he is able to hold his own when it is required of him.
History[]
Kotaro is the reincarnation of Alice Eve after she died during the Kowloon shock. For an unknown amount of time he and his brother were residents at Dark Princess of the North's residence however Jiro decided to move as to allow Kotaro to experience the world before his powers had awoken. Unlike other reincarnations he does not remember his past.

Trivia[]
- As commented by Mimiko, he does not appear to be the brother of Jiro since he is not hurt by sunlight nor water, unlike Jiro.
- Kotaro's only friends were Sei's older sister the Dark Princess of the North and Grand Duke Bow-wow (a friendly grizzly bear).
